At ORAELLA Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every order is handled with care, but we understand that situations may arise where cancellation or refund is required.

📌 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Customized or personalized jewellery orders (such as engraved or made-to-order items) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

📌 Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for products returned within the return policy period (7 days of delivery) and in original condition with invoice and certificate of authenticity.

  • Non-Refundable: Customized jewellery, engraved items, gift cards, and special discounted purchases are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after quality inspection of the returned product.

  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

📌 Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, customers may also choose to exchange their product for another item of equal or higher value by paying the price difference.
